    Have to take into account this requires karamja hard diary which is locked behind some pretty mid level requirements by itself.

    - Starting legends quest (Which has relatively high reqs)
    - Completion of Shilo Village
    - Completion of Tai Bwo Wannai Trio
    - 50 wc
    - 50 agility
    - 65 fishing
    - 40 mining
    - 41 hunter
    - 44 rc
    - 50 slayer
    - 100 combat
