You send a complaint to jagex.

 

Try messageing them saying to prove what you did, and when they point it out to you what it was lie lie lie lie liee. " message them in complaint section "
They half to show you, that's what I did got my 109 unbanned but hes perm mute now

 

i think it's almost inpossibl runescape has over 100 million players so if all would send in messages get members the got so much to do don;t count the get 1 account to be unbanned
