Ragnar2k is a scammer

so this guy scammed me for some skilling that i did when i was banned (ive always went first when i was banned) he told me he will talk about payment etc. on the 31 december but he never contacted me back, so i thought he was on vacation or something but he is still really active on sythe.

Explanation of the trade: he wanted to pay while i was skilling (no one wanted to go first w/e) then he gave me 2.5m for those stats.
How they scammed 55wc 50fm 53fishing 40 magic, from level 3 account) which is clearly not fair and he was always afking, coming 2-3 days later and not wanted to give me more, then he said he will get an middleman the 31 dec so we can keep the deal going and he just didnt do anything lol. In need of skilling , as you can see he is still asking for someone to skill on his account . . .

You were banned when you added me on skype, You cant expect a 200$ Donators payment for skilling when you are banned from the forums. My tos on the post you contacted me from were clear. You said leave the money on the acc and I left you 3.65m. How did I scam you? You feel like I didnt pay enough?? If you do the math on the job I did pay you fairly for your work. My vouch thread is almost all skillig related and the fact I paid you after you telling me you are a banned person speaks for itself.

 

You left out plenty from the skype convos im sure would debunk half of what you are saying il gladly upload it and get into more detail if necessary

Im not even going to waste my time uploading images unless a mod tells me to. You have no work so you are calling me a scammer? You did nothing you werent paid for. Okay i said il hire you on a certain day and didnt big deal happens all the time to people who have skillng buisnesses. Its like someone saying theyll buy my acc then they end up not buying it for whatever reason. That doesnt give me the right to report them. I paid you when you were banned you werent even allowed to be on sythe or use it. You were ban evading by contacting me in the first place.

I paid you for your work. I paid someone 3.6m who was banned and ban evading. If you do the math the payment is MORE then fair. You are saying I scammed you for work you DIDNT do. You arent even saying I owe you anything you are saying you want me banned because i didnt use you for the rest of the skilling? Im not replying anymore until a mod does because this is slander. You are slandering me. You admit to using sythe while being banned thats CLEARLY evading the ban that was placed on you. I hope your the one who gets banned. Bye.

The agreed payment was 50m, then he told me he will wait before im unbanned to do the service, ( Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet ). then the day after he said 'u wanna start and i pay as we go' and ill said sure so i started ( Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet ). The skills we agreed on is :
53 fishing x
55 woodcut x
50 fire making x
60 mining
40 smithing
53 theiving
48 agility
70 cooking
61 crafting
25 herblore
10 slayer
65 magic x(40)
35 fletching

He didnt trust me a lot so i asked for only 100k on the account, so i can start with the easy one, and he can start trusting me a little bit (also account was f2p) so with 100k i got him : 53 fishing, 55 woodcutting, 50 firemaking and 40 magic. i was out of cash and couldnt continue, and if you're wondering why i didnt do the mining it's cause i wanted to use the kebbit claw method to go faster.

he said ill pay as we go, then he tell me. no you agreed with the tos on my thread and all this bs so he wont pay me. he gave me 3.6m after that. when i asked for money for supplies + a bond to do the p2p skills. he even said (ill throw u some extra cash, like the extra was 50k lmao??) seriously im so confused why he would do that, ive done powerleveling for many people and no one is that dumb.

Didnt read what he wrote il sum it up for you. He did 1/20 of the work barely a fraction and I paid him 3.65m. We agreed that on a later date he would do the other skills. I ended up not needing the work done. Now hes upset that I changed my mind about wanting the skilling so hes reporting me.

Nobody is stupid here you took the 3.65m and even wanted to do more work. I ended up not needing the rest of the work now you report me. If you read his earlier post on this thread he said " he gave me 3,6m after that when I asked for money for supplies" etc etc not going to quote it all but he says himself I gave him 3,65m which was payment and not for supplies. This guy is lost man it makes sense why he was banned and ban evading

 

you're clearly saying that 1/3 of the money you gave me was for supplies. and you're also saying after giving me 3.6m that you're not paying upfront. which mean you wanted to pay at the end of the service..

Because 3.6m GP has already been paid out, there is a remaining balance of 5,394,341 GP to be paid out to OSRS Skilling. Please do that so this matter can be resolved. Any questions/disputes, feel free to post.

This is the only fair and reasonable outcome.
