Jason Rs...

Gave Jason my account to hand train. handful of range and str levels.. everything was good until today. I been checking in, asking for updates, etc. I have logged onto the account multiple times{3-4) this week to pk, etc. Other then that I have not touched the account nor have bothered to waste my time training it. Since I paid 30m for a service..

Jason claims he was using a program like osbuddy, however this program is a third site application not accepted by Runescape hence causing the ban. Still I believe there was botting on the account or they would not just automatically perm ban my account like that.

I check my account earlier everything was fine just pked a bit. I try logging in after my blunt break and this shit says disabled... screenshot below.

What is the solution here..? Also C0ngs is holding the 30m 07 gp which I gave as he is the middleman. Worked hard to fully quest that shit bitch out and spent a good deal of money getting that account upgraded. I feel kind of ripped off that this dude botted my account when I could've figured that out myself for a cheaper price.

60 attk, 85 str, 45 def, 92 ranged, 94 mage, quested, void, firecape, torso. Had about 12-15m bank + gear: arma cbow +dbows + fury = so atleast 40-50m in bank worth.

Hey man, like ive explained to you the client ive been using is not a bot client but similar to osbuddy. mods can check it out Exilent - PK Client for Oldschool Runescape. im also training another account with 0 problems so im not sure how i could have gotten it banned, Ive been hand training it myself

A feature of the client you said you use says it has "built in screenshots manager, uploading to imgur."

 

i didnt even know that but yeah it does, but its only showing the newer levels ive gained today (from 2 other accounts ive been on)

 

If this is the case why did they not post a report against me? Ive only nmzed for @PVTEL and @zerot50 so dont come on here with false accusations without proof

My mistake i didnt nmz @zerot50 account, i trained at experiments.

 

I know someone that has been banned using the mentioned client. Jagex considers clients that they haven't approved of such as this one as third party software that warrants a ban. It's not a botting client, it's very similar to osbuddy, konduit etc. but Jagex doesn't allow this one.

 

As I said from the start. Also can @Bulletproof show proof of me getting peoples accounts banned?

Your an absolute retard you said you have proof of 2 people saying i got their accounts banned. WRONG yes i trained that guys account and accidentally got 2 def by using long ranged while chinning but we've sorted that out. And that was hand trained at ape atoll skeletons. @Yankiee there wont really be any proof that Jason botted the account. For argument sake, the account could have also been botted by Looneytoon.

It's possible the client that was used was the reason the account got banned. It's also possible Looney has previously botted and the account got banned. Unless there is more evidence or factors that would point towards Jason there isn't much at this point in that can be done.

3rd party clients can cause bans which has been stated by Jagex. Even if no botting is done. But as I mentioned above there isn't enough evidence yet.

The third party client exilent isn't verified or authorized to be used by Runescape. It should have never been used on my account.

and in the screenshot from skype. Jason admits to using the exilent client (not approved by jagex like Orion is)

 

The nature of this case means we wont really be able to make a decision based on evidence as there will always be lack of evidence.

The facts of this case are that a 3rd party engine (unverified by Jagex) was used to train the account. Jason is unable to show screenshots of the account levels going up.

I think those two facts are enough for me personally to make a judgement and I think Jason should refund PVTEL for the value of service charged. Jason took the risk by using that particular client so I feel he should refund the amount @Yankiee.

I will leave it in your hands as you were handling this partner.

 

Thank you Azie! That is the point I was trying to prove earlier. Sorry for the shitty report I wrote lol. I blame it on the herbs. Also @Yankiee said another mod would have to be in charge of the valuation of the account since she doesn't know the values.
