Why do the staff set their status to offline?

As if people can't check when they're online lol, they must have a pretty sad life if they try and hide how much time they spend online by showing up as "offline" to the naked eye. Either that, or they don't want to be bothered with the problems that they are put into a position of power to handle. Am I right?

Because anyone who's ever been staff knows that they will get constantly PM'd by all sorts of users (mostly newfags asking for help) if they see a staff member online.

Yeah I literally think theres no staff on ever, because they're always hiding.

That's why I pm them each via pm on forums.. discord/skype every five minutes to check.

I can tell you no staff members are online as I have not checked in five days.
