1. How does he get them? stealing i think
2. You only can get 3 a month right so it's 100% not hes.
3. If he's friend merchants them, like buy them all 800k ea and sell 1000k ea, why the hell would he give 15 pins for free every week when he does hard work for 200k a pin.

They CAN ban you.

1. The persone who you scammed. Will contact The police.
2. He will tell, who scammed him '' He will give your email etc '' police will ask For where did you sms tho? they will see that it's runescape.
3. The police and runescape trans the ip, And they will find a match. who the scammer is. and get him into judge.
4. The police and runescape trans the pin, and they will find the account that has become member with that pin, account will get banned. and he will go to judge. Waste of hes time right?

+ You can get into jail for this.

He could be using Cingular Go-phones. They come with $10 on them automatically. All you have to do is turn it on and activate it, and wham, $10 to use. He could then use that $10 to get a pin. The price of the phones and the SIM cards they hold? Nothing if you steal them. Wal-mart and other places have them.
