Playerauctions holding my money for over a month now.

hey guys. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post, but I am having a problem with player auctions. I figured that would be a quick and easy way to sell an account of mine. However when I first went to the site, I attempted to create an account entirely forgetting that I already had one. Once it told me that the email was already registered I stopped and logged in. Account quickly sold for 250. However my money never came. Then I randomly got an email saying my account was suspended. 4 customer service chats later they told me it was suspended due to multi accounting? For one the account was never made. I simply logged in, two what benefit would multi accounting even bring to me. Three I emailed the team in charge of suspensions saying it was a simple mistake and I meant nothing by it. I've chatted with customer support about 10 times, each time they say"the trust team has a high volume just wait". I'm sorry but it doesn't take a month to even respond to say you have my appeal. I've emailed the trust team multiple times, chat supporter does nothing but rag doll me around with generic lines,
A month later I have no idea what to do. My buyer is happy with a great account, but here I am with no money. No account. And no response from player auctions. What should I do?

 

@PlayerAuctions i tagged him, he should reply here and be able to help if not use the live chat or email them!

 

I personally have had terrible luck with player auctions. I bought an account for 150$ and got the full insurance for it, it gets recovered 5 days later and a month and a half after being lied too over and over through live chat and I'm still waiting for help. They have probably the worst customer service I've had to deal with.

 

Thanks for the responses guys. Yeah this is not a good experience. I'm understanding about high volume...but no one in their right mind would accept that for a month. I feel blatantly ignored by the support team. Hopefully however that is on the player auctions account responds. Thanks for that.

 

Playerauctions is a garbage platform. At least you know for next time..

 

Playerauctions sucks, they have horrible customer service. I personally wouldn't buy anything from there..

 

You can message the Jacob from PA on here and he'll eventually get around to you, I've had to do this in some cases where I was scammed buying gp
