    Small bot farm today?

    Hello!

I have been browsing sythe for years and I have been connected with Runescape for more than 10 years now.
Anyway, my question is regarding bot farming.
With (obviously) high ban rates as of today and OSRS gold prices gradually plummeting is it still profitable to maintain a relatively small bot farm (lets say 3-5 accounts).
Will the farm be able to cover all the expenses and still be profitable?

Right now I am not looking to make this my full time job or anything. Simply curious because extra side-money has never been a bad thing.

    Thank you for your responses!

    Small bot farm today?

Ban rates this week have been much higher than before, mod weath and many redditors have confirmed this. I'd give it a few weeks before starting one that small for now just to be safe.

As for your farming, seeing as its pretty small and ban rates are high, be prepared to have to pump out new ready accounts fast. This also means the method youre using to farm gp has to to either :
    1. Have a really fast training time
    2. Have a relatively high gp/hr to cover bond costs asap for more profit
    3. Or both stated above

A small bot farm is able to generate profit, but might be less profit depending on your method of farming after expense cover. There is also the risk that all of your bots getting banned in one swoop which sets you back at sqaure one.

A small farm is definitely ideal for someone just starting out, and in the beggining profit isnt that important, the knowledge and experience is. Try it out for yourself in a few weeks and see if youre willing to stick with it and expand. A small farm wont generate much profit in the short term thats for sure. So id recommend doing this only if youre going to stick it out all the way, otherwise youll just be throwing some money away. Hope this helped, glhf :p

Thanks! That's what I figured from browsing other topics on here. Some people gave tips to just try it out on f2p, to get the feeling.
I guess that is pretty much suicide, to bot on f2p and free scripts, without proxies, right?
