Pvtel Scammer report SCAMMED 250m 07 DICING

I did a 30m 07 vs 30m 07 dice vs @PVTEL and won and he didn't pay me.

Then I had a 250m 07 vs 250m 07 dice roll open and then he quoted and rolled with an outstanding bet and rolled a 39.

Then he messages me this via pm:

I understand he tried rolling without paying and that is against rules.

making some bs when I asked for proof of funds via pm that he is buying gold in a livechat



I think his roll for the 39 should count but I am not rolling until I get proof of funds and both of use hand it over

Or the roll doesn't count and he gets banned from dicing forum because he was just trying to scam

@PVTEL Don't flame someone because you wanted to roll prior to a debt then found out it was against the rules. Educate yourself before using a part of the forums that involves money please; it saves everyone a headache.

Also, don't dice unless you have the funds of which you are dicing (this does not include ordering the GP and waiting for confirmation/delivery).

1- Read the rules
2- Have the funds

@SPM322 The roll shouldn't count. I'll check if a forum ban is appropriate in this case as well as if the roll is valid.
