i recently passed my compulsory basic training for my bike and ive been riding on the road for 2 weeks now.
Let me point this out, Ever since i started riding alone on the road its been legal. I have insurance and everything. I wear high visibility vests and my bike lights are allways on (As they should be),

In the uk we drive on the left.
    So heres the situation:
I was travelling across a roundabout and went past perfectly fine past my local shop, This guy was indicating left to pull up on the curb (Or so i presumed). He was practically going 0 mph
So doing what i usually do when a car is stationary i swerved to the right to go around him.
I was travelling at around 25mph (Im capped to 30).
So i looked at the car and it was still indicating left and im near to passing it now then suddenly he cuts infront of me to turn a right across two roads. I confronted him and asked what he was doing ( Not so politely) and he claimed i didnt look. I told him he was indicating left and due to my high vis he should have been able to see me especially because i was travelling right at him. He didnt even check his mirror i wasnt travelling up his blind spot or anything. We didnt collide (Thank god i probably would be seriously injured right now) But im just wondering who was in the wrong?

i would say, based off the story, that you both were in the wrong [more you than him]. im not from the UK so i dont exactly know the rules but when you swerve around a car, into the opposite lane, then youre risking lives of both vehicles. you assumed, based off his indicator, that he was going to turn left. that was youre first mistake. you never assume what another driver is doing, especially on a bike. i believe the law is to slow down to a stop and proceed with caution after they turn.

He also was in the wrong for indicating a wrong turn. both sides of traffic has no idea what this guy is doing. he could have caused great harm

By swerve i was still in my lane, as if a car was on the side i went more to the right side of the road than into the oncoming traffic ( I would never do that on a bike)

When driving, just always assume nobody on the road knows what they are doing. People are retarded and don't care for others' safety, and especially when driving a bike can hit and kill you in a heartbeat.

He indicates left to pull up to the curb and is stationary. For him to turn right he has to indicate right and check around him to see if there is a car approaching from behind. If there is no traffic behind then he can start moving and turn right if he wants to. If he is stationary and stopped at the curb which he indicated left for and starts driving when you're as close as you claim you were to him then its his fault.

My dad always said to me:
"Drive like everyone else on the road is blind and is unable to see you, put your own safety first and don't get sucked into making a stupid mistake that might kill you."

Nah he was in the wrong, he looked in his top mirror and didn't see anything behind him because he was looking for a car (usually you can see a car behind you if they are going to overtake the side of your car unless its in your blind spot) and was careless and didn't check his blindspot/mirror for a bike.

Unfortunately ur gnna come across this VERY often within the UK, i've literally seen a near death collision on a motorway where the motorbike has been indicating to turn right into the overtaking lane(for quite a length of time) behind this car and had begun to move over and the car infront just pulled out with no indicators and nearly wiped him out. Now bare in mind this was 80mph traffic and I actually had this sick feeling in my stomach and the guy on the bike like sorta swerved into the far side of the overtake lane to avoid the car and was like slightly unbalanced and holy fuck, from witnessing that I always checked my mirrors RELIGIOUSLY.

People just really don't expect there to be motorbikes and they get too comfortable with the sense that only cars drive on the road.
