Signature bars...

Ok so this MAY belong in the spam section but i'm not sure.

so i'll just post here so please don't go "NOOB THIS BELONGS IN ETC."
Anyways so i have been surfing sythe and seeing lots of Signature bars saying
Rune pure, Zerker pure, Trusted MM Etc

Anyone know how to make or get them..?
