I have a question about paypal

i just got a paypl acc and i got $10 from this one websit and my acc isnt verified so it says i cant send any money unless i add a bank acc and/or a credit crad but i dont want to is there any way i can gain the right to send money without adding one of those to thing plz post here and pm me if im not on thanks much
