Owner1992 Ban Evading

Ok well i added 05m TM or whatever it is to ask if I could MM considering he had posted looking for one. I was met with (note it is not necessary to look at this unless u want to see him admitting it:

Possible scamming for the 150m? Don't know. What I do know, is that he's ban evading.
