[WTB] Low-Digit Steam Account w/ CS:GO (Hours, Operation Coins) | High Budget

I'm looking for a very specific Steam account with proof of purchase of every game owned, that means I'm not interested in some basic 6-digit that I could get myself, and could maybe get locked in the future. I'm looking for an account that has achievements on CS:GO from 2011/2012, so the account would be about 4-5 years old, and hopefully will be getting the 5 year veteran coin soon. I would also prefer if the account has operation coins (especially the first ones, the first is most preferred). My budget is pretty high, I'm willing to go up to $700 depending on what I deem the value of the account as.
