Reporting a scammer "Kath"

I purchased this account as an alt to farm on and it was recovered a week ago. Just a fair warning to everyone out there, because this person is still attempting to sale a comp RS3 account. Paypal has already given me a refund as seen below.

Any other relevant trade screenshots: Everything is listed above, as you can see in the screenshots PayPal already gave me my money back; I have a 10 year history with PayPal. I'm just warning others of this person because they've been here since 2013 and they're selling a comp account now.

 

Did you try to speak to him about the account being recovered?

 

Yes I did, I gave it a few days for them to respond. I contacted them through Skype and on here and never got a reply.

 

After two days of them not responding I decided to submit it to PayPal as a scam. As soon as I submitted it to PayPal, I was notified about 20 minutes later that the "seller" wishes to have this dispute be escalated to a claim (which tells me they were ignoring me and trying to scam me) I'll submit the screenshots below:

Sure thing I updated the previous post, here is my last message to them on skype before being blocked. As you can see it was on the 28th, I gave them a few days to respond before I contacted PayPal because I realize its the holidays and people are caught up doing things. But they immediately tried to battle the PayPal dispute.
