get your perm banned accounts unbanned

i beleive i do have a way of unbanning accounts so far i have not tried this way my self but have been told of mods on another site that this acctually works.

there is only 1 other person selling this information and he is selling at 4m for the info

obviously if you buy this you will not be aloud to tell any one because if it gets out to to many people runescape will find out

i will be selling around 10 of these as i think that is a reasonable amount to sell without jagex finding out

not decided on a price yet but the other person is selling for 4m i will be selling cheaper but dont no how much it has been tested and has been prooved to work.

yer i no i am trying to get it verified as we speak but i am only using highly trusted officals as i dont want it being leaked
