I HATE JAGEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY PERM BANNED ME for REAL WORLD TRADING AND I DIDN'T

 

they are gay all the time..

 

I was banned for about 5 years and I appealed and I won, and I got my account back =]!

 

Yep my friend got same thing after he lost 40m in a duel.

 

Agreed, but this is obvious, I mean, of course Jagex doesn't read appeals, they are too busy licking zezima

When you do an appeal, you have a choice to categorize it as: "It was not me", "Make an apology", or "There has been a mistake."

The response they send is in accordance with the type of appeal you select. Your appeals were sent under "it was not me," (the first option) - hence why you got the response that "you were in charge of the account at the time."

I submit that they can be rather careless while looking over appeals, but in this case, it is probably as much your fault as theirs.

No, I think Jagex really does read all of your reports. They just have pre-written letters they always send you back since their too lazy to write one. Even if it doesn't specify your ban at all, they just give you the same message over and over again.

 

lmao, ive seen this one picture of a guy who put wtf? as his appeal and his ban got removed. I think they just choose at random tbh.

actually they don't read.. they don't have resurses to read all appeals. they have bots to response.. and yup---> most of the accs stays banned

Anyways, it's an auto-reply. They should read them more, but, they're too goddamn busy making the game that you PLAY. I laugh at the idiots who say "omgwtf jagex iz gay" as they play the game (That most of them are paying for).

 

Obviously Jagex doesn't check the appeals. There are just way too many people sending em in.
