I think that global warming is true, as you have seen in al gores "An inconvienant truth" There was more then one graph/example he used while showing the fact that global warming is happening.

    Thanks.

It's funny that people think global warming will result in a tropical, or worse, climate all over the world, but in all actuality, the chances of the earth becoming more of an ice age type era are more likely.

The global warming will melt the polar ice caps, thus resulting in mass flooding and higher water levels, which subsequently will disrupt some of the major ocean's currents, preventing certain temperature mediums to remain the same, forcing things to become colder worldwide.

    Global Warming

It is impossible for the sun to expand, or as most know it as going 'Supernova', it is only able to go into a state known as 'Nova' Which is simply burning out.

Global Waming is Real, The world is encased in a 'shield' in sense, of pollutants, and thus it is shielding us from the Sun's rapid increase of temperature due to the Ozone Layer depleting every year gradually (which lets in more of the suns energy). So eventually when the Ozone layer has dissipated due to our polluting of this planet then our planet with then be suseptible to Solar Winds, also known as Immense waves of heat/radiation that come in bursts from time to time.

Our planet is on a cycle, every so often it goes into a state known as an ice age, and we are nearing the point in time when the earth is supposed to go into another ice age, but due to man-induced climate change, it may upset the natural order of things whereas i hope this planet maintains its cycle and is thrown into an ice age (pollutants in the air freezing and ultimately saving this planet for future races/species to emerge and take better care of it than we are/ever will)

After the planet comes out of its ice age, hopefully it will self repair in the sense that vegetation will regrow, help remove the bad things and make it more liveable[/QUOTE]

you know that the world produceses its own polutents right? you should also know that humans in the earth only contribute 1.8% of the polutents yearly since the industrial age has begun? the world infact is getting warmer, it has been warmer then it is now in the past. in fact we are actaully cooling off from a recent ice age. In most articles i have read about global warming, they all say look how much the glaciers have melted in the past 50-100 years. what about glaciers before that? we cant predict how they where a few thousand years ago, possible before the ice age we are warming up from now?

You may ask for proof that we are warming up from an ice age, here it is. Greenland a country composed of ice. If you go down 80-100 feet down in the ice of Greenland you will find plants and settlements. They have not been completel dug up, but they are thought to be a place where barbarians had settled in before columbus came to america. The ice age began, and they left where they lived.
