This might be that guide the noob shillzila was trying to sell saying that he found it... Well this was free on fagex so i thought might as well post it here.

I completely OBJECT your action of banning my account. I have not done anything
that violates runescape regulations.

I was collecting money from a clan member to work
on my clan hideout. 

My brother hacked my account and messed up my appeals. I am really 
affraid of this permanent ban. I have checked the rules and I am 100% sure that I did not
break them.

I wonder if this works with locked accounts? My account been locked because my friend recovered with old recoverys and now its locked and now cant be unlocked.. I tried all my old passes etc.. but I never bugged them to death.. I will try that..
