gambling

I feel like I can't live without gambling. I always lose. I've destroyed things and self harmed after losing money, I even ended up in the hospital after attempted suicide a few months back. Yet I don't wanna stop. I feel like nothing excites me except gambling anymore.

It's not even about the money anymore. I lost 7$ the other day and almost broke my hand by punching a wall bunch of times.

Anyone on the same boat?

 

There's actually loads of people with gambling problems/addictions believe it or not. It's unfortunate to have a problem like that when it's so easy to gamble online. If it's more about the rush when gambling, perhaps you need to take up a new hobby that requires you to go outside the house so that you aren't tempted to be gambling online. I hear exercise helps a lot of people stay focused on something aside from gambling. Getting into an actual exercise routine with full meal change and workout schedule is very time consuming, leaving you little time to do things like gambling. Just a thought.

One time I lost $7 and stuck my dick in between my hand and masturbated the loss away... Most expensive tissue ever.

 

I used to do this, Every bit of money, Boom straight on a csgo website. But now i blocked those sites and redirected it to an upbeat edm, No money by galantis. I havent been on them since infact i laugh when i look at the song, Saving alot of money and dont know what to do with it infact. Now i just save it so i can buy myself a game or some dlc for a game i already have.

 

Gambling is a tough issue. it's one of the most damaging addictions one can have. i know my thread has been linked in a previous response, but id strongly look into it. admitting you have a problem is the first step to achieving the ability to overcome said addiction. but you also have to accept the willingness for help. id start out with that and see how it takes you. im open for PMs if you want to talk about it more on a more disclosed chat.

 

This is a serious issue man, I would suggest seeing a free or cheap community counselor until you have a better understanding of the compulsion/addiction.
