I'm going to come clean with everything, without a doubt my actions have caught up to me, both online and in real life. Everything stated in this pardon comes straight from the heart and is a fact. I am wracked with guilt have this feeling that if I don't confess to everything then I will go insane.This is going to be hard for me to do but it’s about goddamn time. If this didn't come from the heart I wouldn't have refunded a total of $5,829 USD . The guilt of theft and ruining other peoples gaming experience is just something I can no longer handle. I hope the staff members who have it out for me can disregard my wrong doings and see that I am clearly remorseful.


To begin, I never really used Sythe before a couple months back, I knew about it of course but I never actually made an account as I never thought I had a reason to use it as I buy/sell gold through Skype/Ts. Anywhom story goes on, I met a guy whilst odd staking on OSRS and found out he lived 5-10 minutes away from me. I was surprised to find out that this guy was very successful and clearly knew what he was doing. I won't say who the friend is as I have tarnished his name/business enough. After we became friends and time went on, he agreed to hire me to work for his livechat on his website. I made my first Sythe account after that (Yes my first). Nonetheless, I never actually got to working for him because he saw I was banned and found out about the black-hat activities, so he decided to step away and call it off. I don’t blame him.


Shortly after joining the community I got wrongfully banned for claims that I was "Bobby_rs" then later I was unbanned as truth be told, I don’t even know who in god's name that is. Second ban comes when I was talking about selling a rare rsn to Joshuaag1234 and told him that the name I bought was stolen. The name was indeed stolen but I did not find out until after I bought it. I was banned for knowingly buying stolen goods as I couldn’t prove that I didn’t know they were stolen. In fact this ban was my word vs my word in the end of the day, I am the one who admitted to it being stolen right?


The story goes 3-4 months ago in Teamspeak I was buying names, dude says he has a name "Mart***" I said i'll buy it, I bought it off him and then asked if he had another rare name and he said no. I preceded to ask him how he got his names and he blatantly admitted that he stole that name. Conversation ended there and never talked to him again. Now I told Josh the name was stolen because he asked the origin of the name as he claimed he once owned the name. I get banned for knowingly buying stolen goods when I emphasized I didn't know until after. Richard told me he thought the name was sniped from sythe and that I probably would be escrowing the name and being unbanned that same day but because of my unwise decisions to harass Chloe and Joshuaag1234 it was moved to a 2 week ban + TWC. Anyways time goes on as I wait the 2 week ban out and I do some pretty stupid shit on discord such as continue to harass Josh and try to startle him making claims to "Watch his back" and I would "Get him back" I linked my Abusewith profile that was taken as a threat to hack him and that turned the 2 week ban into a DNT. Me being dense I decided to ignore the DNT and attempt to trade with users via the discord. I was hit with a + 2 week ban. Dull-Witted me got upset as I didn’t get my own way resorted to name calling eventually escalating into threatening to post Chloes Dox. Which resulted in a permanent ban.

I've fucked up a lot of relationships with people. It got to a point where I would only befriend someone to plan to recover their account in the future. It challenged my mental health to a point where I had multiple personalities and would put on an act for different people to end up manipulating them to giving me information required to recover an account. I want the vicitms reading this to know that the relationships/friendships were real. When you spend so much time with someone it is hard to just walk away. Money changes people. The want of money is the cause of all evil. Everyone that I have fucked over has been repaid. I have refunded 5b+ 07 to the victims as a sign of remorse.

@SPM322 , I have repaid him the 1.4b+ I hacked from him. Sorry Sean, it was nothing personal but I am glad we can be friends again. He has been repaid.

@Fingy , I have repaid him aswell, I am sorry for recovering your accounts. This took a jab to a heart as I realized I made you abandon all your accounts because you were in a state of paranoia. I hope that you can start playing on your accounts again.

Was pathetic hacking a friend of 3 years for 2.5b, although that the partner I had during that hack didn't give me my full cut I refunded him in full. Although he is not a Sythe user I can get him to verify I refunded everything. This is the Twitch streamer Sypherpk's brother.

I have changed a lot since my ban. I think the transition within the last month was me moving into manhood and wanting to start 2017 with a clean slate. If you want to change the world, you need to change your story. I believe that I have changed my story. I am no longer affiliate W/ anything blackhat. Call me a new man. I'm sorry for harassing you Chloe, it makes me even more hurt to know that you resigned a day after. I hope you can forgive me.

I hope the community as a whole can forgive me aswell. I know this is not usually allowed but I want the members of the community who have known me through my phase of change to post on my pardon with anything constructive to say. If you still hold a grudge with me after all this, I understand. Band-aids don't fix bullet-holes. I don't know what the future holds for me, only time can tell. I want the staff members reading this to understand that I'm here for the long run.

What is with the RS Recovery rank on Abusewith? I suppose this comes back around to what you've PM'd staff, but you seem relatively active given you joined it in November, have 50+ posts, and the aforementioned rank.

Honestly, I don't think there is any chance of your pardon going through due to the severity and recent nature of your events. An astronomical amount of money has been paid back and I think that is a very good show of good-will; however, barely anytime as passed. Even after talking to you and getting to know you a bit in discord, there is still unease with the both the nature of what you have done and how recent it has been. I cannot find any information that is left out as you seemed to address everything I could stumble across.

I think you have the ability to considerably contribute to the community if you indeed turn a new-leaf (thinking tech-core and perhaps other areas). The pardon is going to go to voting and while I cannot speak for all of staff or how they will vote, I would suggest requesting a DNT.

I thought the abusewithus profile might come up. The ranks there are handed out by their staff. They handed me the account recovery rank after me showing what I did with @Fingy / @SPM322 / @Sypher . As I said if you go through my post on that forums I only am involved with the community as the members there are very knowledgeable and intelligent and personally I don't do anything blackhat on there.

I understand the case is severe. But nobody would refund the lumpsum of money I did if they hadn't changed or learned the lesson. My Sythe account has 32 posts and no ranks/ nothing. It would of been so easy for me to ban evade but I want to get the point across that I have morals and am here for the long run. If in the result the pardon doesn't pass I will be happy with a DNT. But understand that I trade a lot on TS/Skype/A lot of other platforms and as of today I am getting vouches when I am banned. You can check my vouches to see that I mean business. I see where you are coming from though @Tmoe

I also want the posts that everyone posted on the pardon to be public. I know many people posted about me as staff members have told me and I want the posts to be on the thread if that is fine. I also told @Yankiee the amount was $4,829 I forgot that one of the transactions when I pulled 1k from the bank was to fund my personal accounts.

Understand it from my point of view. I am a new leaf. If I really had intentions to make havoc within the community I would of not refunded $5k (amount of a fucking car) and I would of made a new Sythe account donate a big amount right away and pull a Racks On Racks/Belissa

I am amazed at what he showed me and how easy it is for these people to hack accounts by their engineering bullshit. I'd like to emphasise for the record that Elite was very cooperative, understanding and mature. The fact that he has paid back a huge amount of money for me stands out a lot.
