Yes there were. When phats were first dropped, there were black, and I think pink ones as well. They were all extremely rare though. Since so many people died with them at first, most disappeared, until at one point I'm pretty sure they were removed completely from the game. The only ones who can get black phats now are the J Mods. Andrew wears one a lot.

Good job to everyone who is TRYING to convince people there are such things (or sued to be) black party hats. Most players know that there were never any black phats.

 

Well, I sent a query to Jagex and they said, that there hasn't been any black partyhats. But well, maybe they're just bullshitting.

 

I've heard that there's only 1 black phat left, and I forget who has it. But the guys story above sounds very true.

yea their were never black phats their wus pink but then xx jut xx (i think) and some other ppl make a program and they duped em and their wus like 5000 then jagex took em out of the game

I made this one like a year and a half ago... Sorry about the CodyX36 watermark, I would get it off but the PSD of the original is on my older computer which is up in the attic.

 

i think there is a purple one that looks kinda black going around. that and a bunch of photoshopped ones for setting up scams.

 

I'm pretty sure there isn't black p hats Or ever where.
