Scammed By Lazr

I bought an account from him he was selling. bought it for $275 then it was recovered after maybe 2-3 weeks. this user was since banned after the account was recovered so i thought it was useless to resolve it with him. He has now been since un banned and is threatening to have me banned on sythe through skype if i don't do what he says.
I have also noticed he has deleted the thread where he was selling the account.

First of all this kid is a ban evader and needs to be banned right away.

I'll go ahead and recover the account back to him, I never recovered in the first place. He probably sold it to someone and is now making me recover it back. But I'll give it back, but this user is a ban evader.

Also he states that I have deleted the thread where I was selling the account, when I NEVER posted it back for sale once I sold it. mods/admins would be able find it, but they can't because I never re-posted it. I'll get the account back to him, but he needs to be banned for being an evader.

 

As Lazr has said he will recover the account, that's about that. Threatening the user for making a scam report (I assume you already knew he was evading) is rather sketchy though and it's possible a TWC will end up being placed on you (will see what other staff has to say).

@Grandma1 once you can confirm the account is returned/Lazr can show it's returned, you will be banned for evasion and you will need to pardon/request a DNT.

I was only banned previously because an account I sold was recovered by original user, which I REPAID and got unbanned. I can swear on God that I did not recover this account. I'm waiting for my partner @Bulletproof who is the original owner of this account can recover it and I'll pass it back to you. I can promise this user is setting me up saying I recovered it when I really didn't. I've traded thousands of dollars on Sythe and have no intentions of scamming anyone. Why would I attempt to recover and scam an account when I have like $1,000 in Sythe miniranks alone... wtf. I don't deserve a TWC because you guys believe this ban evader that I recovered an account which he probably sold it on player auctions or offsite then is saying i recovered so he gets it back. Wtf.

I'd much rather give the account to a mod / admin and they can give the account back to Grandma so that way he can't say I never gave it back to him.

 

so then your original owner recovered it than. I would rather a full refund as it will just get recovered again. You said the original owner was your friend in real life that was deplyed in the military

I am a trusted user. Account was never recovered. You can't get a refund. You get the account that you purchased. My buddy who's deployed would never recover the account. And neither would I.

 

Ok we will leave that up to staff as i have stated beforr id rather a refund. If not possible then i would like a recovery test with the account has he has neglected to give me any information about that account except login and password

 

1- You should've reported him once you realized he was a ban evader, not use it as leverage.

2- I think OP should get a refund as this is now the 2nd report involving an acc being recovered. Something doesn't add up. Bulletproof says he told you to chargeback the money from him & refund the guy but you wouldn't. Why not?

Also stop telling ppl you're in the military, it's not cool dude. DEP doesn't give you the right to say you are military because you aren't; it's as simple as that.

 

first things first I am not lazrs partner. Second thing lazr sold an account for me in my earlier stages of my sythe career. I did not take the account back im suspecting the ban evader there sold it possibly or maybe lazr did some stupid shit with buying it back and reselling it and wanting me to take it back. I don't know if you know but I'm deployed right now and I can try recovering it but without me posting on the creation ip or if any of the info is wrong which I don't have written down it's all from memory since the account is like 2 years old no guarantees but I will try. I told lazr to charge back the money from my PayPal and pay the guy back (I believe the account was sold for $280 and he gave me $240 or something and lazr took the rest of he money) lazr refused to charge back the money from me with my permission because he doesn't want to pay the $30-40 he took from the account sale.

I told him to charge back the money he gave me and he won't.

He is stolen valor and is telling everybody he's in the military to get trusted on sythe and it's complete bull shit to us who are in the military.

He is sketchy tbh and ON A SIDE NOTE he kept trying to have me take the account back from the guy he sold it to when LAZR WAS BANNED I kept saying no even though he's a ban evader it's not allowed right? And lazr basically said yeah idk if it is but idc and I never recovered because I told him MANY TIMES I'm not getting banned on sythe or doing sketchy shit which I can show you those screen shots I don't know why he can't charge back the money and give it to the buyer like the buyer wanted?

At this point i am honestly upset with his actions, we were cool at first but this is taking it way to far, you need to stop with your shit bro you aren't in the military yet. It makes us men who are in the military pissed off because we put in the work, we went to boot, we have our jobs in the military, we are currently servicing over seas and on US soil, this shit needs to stop right now.

There is also other screen shots of him trying to get me to take the account back and im like yeah sure blah blah blah because he wouldnt leave me alone about it and i honestly wanted to shut him up, this yields for a ban or a TWC in my opinion.

Which you are fucking doing you arent in the military, you are saying you are in the military with the intent of obtaining money/ trustworthyness from the military - SO HELP ME FUCKING GOD IF I FIND OUT WHO YOUR RECRUITER IS. on a side note: after i do get "banned" i will request a pardon. i've been registered since 2011 way before that account and i only buy things here. i just want everyone to realize what has happened and how someone who is using his power to take advantage of non-"trusted" users to scam and the total was 283.

The Skype you are using matches the Skype of a banned individual. You will need to request a pardon in full for the initial ban. WhiTeRonDo

The only reason you are not banned is due to the ongoing case against Lazr.

as of right now i request he gets banned and not only that but @Grandma1 gets granted the permission to charge back the money that lazr scammed him and oh...... i also want my fucking other $100 from lazr.

 

There's a lot of unacceptable behavior and sketchiness going on here from Lazr so I've banned him (lying about sale price in order to keep a higher commission, owing money from an account recovery while he was banned, etc.)
