"Owner" Scam report

"Owner" is part-owner in a commission staking FC known as Elite Ranks. In this FC he sells 2 types of ranks, host ranks and X'er ranks.

All ranks purchased with the buy-in price are PERMANENT. I purchased X'er rank from him on November 18th as shown in this video:



I left him a vouch on his vouch thread - I was trying to be vague about the "service" because I didn't want other stakers to follow me from 07 to RS3.

I received my rank that moment after the video stops recording. I was de-ranked several times but always re-ranked because I didn't actually break any rules. The other co-owner has a grudge against me and thinks I was "e-dating" his ex e-gf (lol @ this).

On December 20th I was permanently de-ranked from the FC without any justification. I have tried several times to contact both "Owner" and his partner. "Owner" has said he'll talk with his partner, I assume about getting my rank back, but hasn't done anything about it in a week. And in all honesty I feel like even if I get my rank back it will just be removed for some bullshit later on again.

In the short month that I was in the clan I've donated over 1B to the FC and didn't break any rules. I was de-ranked without any reason. Although "Owner" himself isn't a scammer, he represents the clan as a whole and is indirectly scamming me. This FC is based on "legitimacy" and "fairness" but this de-ranking is the opposite of that. The FC is also heavily endorsed by Oak Dice on his twitter/youtube/sythe aswell.

If you were de-ranked without cause, a refund needs to be issued and appears @hattez has gone ahead and lined that up?

They have 3 days to refund (or provide evidence of a legitimate reason for de-ranking a permanent rank) else they will be banned. Also, I'm not going to issue a DNT due to the apparent willingness on their part to refund.

 

-This issue should be solved asap when King Krab gets online.
King Krab spammed the clan at first to get a rank in the fc. After an agreement was in place and we agreed to let him in.
The manipulation on hosts, Undercutting CLAN RULES on x stakes for there gains. was the start of this issue.
King Krab got a temp kick from the clan for the day. He come back problems carried on.
At this point i would like to point out King Krab/Gyzo bought in as the same person. On a de-rank they should both of gone.
We kept @Gyzo on as he did nothing. He asked if he could refund which we agreed 100% will be refunded,

-Even though in our rules we offer 75% refund with in 72 hours, they have been in the clan for a month or so.
This post was made within 1 day of a owner Pc breaking and all evidence lost.
We understand evidence is needed to prove points.
We will be refunding 100% of the 10b buy in.

-We would like a mod to watch this as we have bene trying to get hold of King Krab.

We however will not be refunding the 1b donation he donated to a stream giveaway. The giveaway happened and the 1b is gone.
If you donate to a clan giveaway and the giveaway happens and you ask for a refund. That will not happen.

 

Im sure crab will have no issues with this. I've messaged him on teamspeak a few times to no avail. He's probably sleeping. He should be on tonight though no doubt. Thank you for taking care of this so quickly james.

 

False, I spammed the clan to get off the banned stakers list - I was put there because of "impostoring" hosts when I wasn't and we cleared that up. He still left me on there and continued to tarnish my reputation by calling me a scammer and telling hosts they can't stake me. He even went as far as to get the other clan to do it and call me a scammer and get me on their banned staker list.



I "manipulated" hosts by being social with them? Because they wanted to stake me over the robots that never unmuted? This is the only thing I can think of when you say manipulated because that's all you've said. "You've manipulated hosts!" "How?" "By manipulating them!" Solid argument from 2 people who are supposed to be high up and run a clan, huh?

Undercutting rules? I asked James for a set of rules and he said as follows: "1.1x hosts to their max bet, don't spam 1.1x aloud." I was not given the same rules as other Xers.

Don't worry, I'll take my 10b refund though. Maybe you guys should work on clan management, like making decisions together. Maybe dilemma's like these won't happen. Owner should maybe nut up and speak up and give input on each decision rather than an opinion. Maybe the clan will function better when someone like you actually has a say.
