hi so i see i am logged in on my facebook from a place called seattle Wa, where my ex lives and im in arizona. i kinda have a feeling i left my fb acc on her phone or something but before i do change my pass i wanna make sure its her.

Even if it is or is not her, change your password anyways. It only takes a few seconds to do so and it's better to be safe than sorry.

 

Don't bother with exes. If you've broken up, move on. Change your password though, Facebook lets you log out all other devices, so if she does have access, she won't anymore.

Can't hurt in any case, next time don't leave your shit logged in on your exes phone :'D This sounds like something I would do when I was 16
