Worth it to buy user services?

Hello all. I had a much older account on these forums but it seems as though I am unable to access it, oh well. I guess it doesn't really matter as I am only coming back for a few select reasons.

I am posting this thread because I am wondering if it would be worth it to pay someone $400 US dollars to quest on my account all the way up the barrows gloves? They would complete all of the required quests and the entire RFD quest. I'm not sure if I am allowed to name the business, so I shall not do that. I just can't be arsed to quest whatsoever, which is which I am looking for a trusted business on this website to do this for me.

I would possibly also be purchasing leveling services, totaling up to $1000 US dollars for all of the services I feel that I may need. Money is not an issue, but I do not want to throw it away only to be scammed or anything like that.

My questions to everyone out there are,

Is it worth it to pay these kinds of prices for the services I desire?

Could anyone list any reputable people on this website that run these types of businesses?

well i play 20/7 i can do service to like zulrah/bandos/quests/ if your hunting a pet let me know ill get it for you asap

 

The prices are very expensive. Although if they are trusted, and money isn't a problem, why not.
