Potential VERY good money, but idk seems sketchy

I found this video on YouTube of this guy performing some sort of weird antilure, I know people often get lured trying to outsmart scammers but I just can't seem to figure out any way in which someone would actually get lured trying to do this? I have had people try this on me in the past and if I had played along I think maybe i'd have gotten quite a lot of money but I'm not too knowledgeable on the scamming side of Runescape so I just dismissed it. Looks too good to be true but I just can't seem to grasp how anyone could get scammed trying to antilure like this because the guy in the video isn't risking anything at all.

^Is the video, looking for some second opinions on this or maybe anyone who knows what it is because I still have the guys name who tried this on me and i'm kind of tempted to try it out myself but don't wanna lose my Partyhat

i mean people anti lure all the time and it can be successful but you need to get "lured" first and thats where time comes in to play if you can anti lure somebody ofc you will have a good money maker

True, but idk it just seems like there is something not right. Probably going to try it hopefully with a smaller rare rather than my Partyhat first when the guy comes back online and i'll see how it goes.

They must do if scammers keep doing it, but i'm not sure if whats shown is the actual scam. It must be more complex the simplicity of how the guy is antiluring seems way too easy but idk, it is all kind of understandable just one of those things that seems sketchy but I can't spot any flaws of which someone could be scammed if trying to perform an antilure like this. I'm going to try it with a small amount of cash when the guy who tried to scam me logs in hopefully i'll manage to make some money, if I get scammed at least I only lose a small amount rather than my phat!

A lurer would not hand over 195m. That's a fact, this seems set up to me.

GTX is correct. This video is made to trick people into thinking they can antilure. A lurer will never just give you the money first - fact.

Yeah it's 100% a scam. In reality they'd never give you a large amount of gp but instead try to lure you into the wilderness. I'm guessing this one works by making you misclick when they decline a trade or making you follow them north to respond to a trade request at the last second.
