Scammed 07 Gp for 2 Letter : R01dz

Explanation of the trade: 103m 07 for 2 letter.
How they scammed: Took time 5-10 minute intervals to reply to skype, took 2-3 messages till I finally got one. And that's back to back messages.
Proof that it's their Skype: I sent him my skype through PM, his report thread has some of the same images.

The trade was 103m 07 GP, for a 2 letter RSN that was sniped. (Pretty sure the sniper was the buyer)

Anyways here is this.

I stated, I would be responsible for sniping, IF he was going to cover the bond cost etc. He wouldn't accept that and wanted me to cover the bond cost + sniping if the name was sniped.

As he said "he wasn't going to pay till the name was on account"

Here, he stated, that he wanted to transfer it himself.. (Not sure if he was confused or what?)
I told him, I would pay the bonds here, but I wasn't going to be responsible for snipes, once again.
So he wanted to transfer it himself..

I stated my TOS there,
"Since you're transferring yourself.
We give the acc/gp info to MM.
We exchange. I'll buy the bonds etc from the Gp you provided.
Since you're transferring yourself.
Transfer at night when less people are online and aware"

Nothing about being responsible for snipes in my TOS, after agreeing he was not paying for bonds.

The name wasn't given to over 4 people, within a 48 hour radius. The 4 people who did receive were deemed trusted. I made sure and told everyone some the bid would end prior 10+ days and given to highest bidder, to avoid any other snipes etc.

@r01dz seemed to act suspicious during the trade, I'm pretty sure that I am 100% positive that he sniped the name that he was about to purchase.

Saying that, he got the name that he wanted.
-I was not responsible for anything.

Also, to add why he was suspicious...
He didn't reply to any of my skype messages back to back, the timing was either no reply, until I sent a second message, or 5-10 mins for a single reply.

 

I am holding 103M for this until it is solved. I can give it to a mod if that is preferred.

You ask why? I kept in mind to make sure I remembered.

That being said, The guy was NOT online during the trade, if you're curious of him being. I made sure of that.

It was me and @r01dz . As his slow replying and responding, I believe, got him to take the name for himself.

A few people knew of the RSN, if it was on a Mule for years and I got it December 6.. Today is the 26th. The name was xfered to my main, for about 4 days. Then I transferred to a level 3, myself, without ANY problems.

No one knew in the situation, as where about an hour ago, @r01dz knew I was transferring it during that time.

 

During this trade who transferred the name?

@Azie I have no knowledge on anything done in this. I was strictly holding the money till both parties were happy and they disagree'd on who had responsibility for snipes so I told them to make a scam report.
