If we can do recovery test I will offer you 30m 07.

I would do a recovery test. Not sure exactly what it entails, but I have no desire to keep the account. C/O edited but still not at the level I'm looking for.

There is explanation of recovery test.

"Recovery tests are usually performed by OMMs or the buyer. The buyer, after purchasing an account, receiving all of the creation information from the previous owner. In order to test this information to see if enough of it is legitimate, go to RuneScape Account Recovery System

Fill in the fields. It will prompt you to enter the registered email on the account. (ENTER AN INCORRECT EMAIL UNTIL IT PROMTS TO RECOVER THE ACCOUNT). Then enter all of the information that you have. Wait 6-12 hours for them to reply to your email if the password reset has been accepted."

Oh okay. Sounds fine to me. C/O was edited but am still looking for a tad higher price. I have put effort into this and, even though i don't use anymore, would like to see it off for what its worth.
