Ye well i buy alot of pins from here and then one day i got this message saying i can't do it anymore, and suggestions, since i don't really wanna pay through mail

same shit happened to me on a lvl 117 its gay!

 

i think if u purchase a pin from a different country than urs.... u know... this happens , if it is confirmed then this should be stickied so people dont let this happen

 

I think maybe you should use pins all in one country cause it would look suspicious if one month you make a payment from the UK then one from US and then another back to the UK

when i was sellin pins, i had customers say the exact same thing
to me :/ and some other weird ones.. which really
annoyed me :|

but i dunno how to undo it or make them believe u payed for it.
i think u Gunna have to find another method of payment :S

I think it happens when you validate too much pins, Jagex might suspect something then. Then there's also the country swapping that xtreme geek mentioned.

 

Just scam your own pins or only buy pins from your country.

I've bought pins from Canada, Australia, UK, and US. No problems so far.

 

Just stay at buying in one coutry, if you have negative credit on account, you will need to pay by cash(mail, paypal etc.) for membership, then negative credit should be deleted.

 

just sign up on a credit card you've actually got fair dibs on and you'll be fine.
