Scammed by a so called legit serviceman

Explanation of the trade:I gave 44m 07 in exchange for 53 thieving, mith gloves, and desert treasure quests to be done.
How they scammed:So i paid him the 44m 07 and we agreed to updates on the progress which can be found in the screen shots. He said he would be up all night to do these quests for me. I gave it a few hours and noticed there were no thieving levels gained at all so i decided to try to log in to my account, only to find my 17m gold cash stack gone and all of my items ready to be transfered.

He agreed to services, never started them when he said he would, i can prove he didnt gain any exp or quests. told me he was starting right away and was on my account 2 hours or so and i log in and my 17m cash is gone and all my items in inventory to be transfered.

 

Can you post a screenshot of the Skype ID proof? I don't have permission to view your PM's.

Do you have any way to prove you had money beforehand & it being gone after?

in my defense, he agreed that he was receiving the 44m. and he says multiple time sin the chat logs above that he has the 44m i gave him.

 

Literally reporting me for not finishing a huge order in under 2hours. I told him I would most likely be done by tomorrow. And then says he wants full refund. In my T.O.S it says if you cancel order I don't have to refund. Then randomly says I stole all his stuff from account. If anyone deserves a ban it's him.

 

Unfortunately having an empty bank doesn't prove there was money before or that he took it if there was. I need proof of these two things before I can do anything.

Do you also have proof of the before/after XP to show that he had been online but did nothing? Can't do much without this.

 

Fucking sad, i will never use this site again, i present undeniable evidence and this fat fucking retard walks free to scam more people. have a merry fucking christmas.

 

Well it's a little odd he had to leave abruptly but I can't just DNT him unless you can show me he did absolutely nothing.

@QreapsRS Can you post screenshots of what you did on his acc? Assuming you took any for level ups etc.

 

He literally made the order less than 2 hours ago and the order was 21-55 theiving, all pretty quest to mith gloves and all pretty quests to desert treasure and also desert treasure. How does he expect me to be done that fast. Also he is lying I wasn't even on his account for 30mins

 

I even told him because of holidays it might not be done that fast.

 

He asked if you were starting "right now" and when you said yes, it was approx. 7:30 PM EST. That is almost 4 hours ago now. A picture of a lady in a bed isn't proof of anything either.

Calling each other liars will get this nowhere, however it is odd that you had to leave when you made it seem like you'd get a lot done tonight.

If you wanna clear all this up easily, you can always post a pic of the time stamp on your gf's hospital bracelet; I know they give a time when you arrived.

wtf is your problem, I even said I would finish your services and you didn't want me too??? You legit just say I scammed you because I wasn't playing on your account. So fucking sad that you would try to get my service banned because I had to go to hospital with my gf who is having labor problems. You never gave me a due date and I did start your theiving immediately and then got off because I had to leave in a hurry.

 

i log in and my cash stack of 17m is gone, no exp gained, no quests done, all my items in my inventory. and you want me to let you back on my account. this is so obvious.

 

Tbh me even asking for the hospital proof is near irrelevant, I just wanted to get at least THAT possibility out of the mix. You haven't proven there was money to begin with, that's the problem here. Anyone can claim there was x amount of money & that it is now gone.
