Don't come here pcing names with shit for all knowledge. Thanks. Regarding a PC on the name, it's priceless to someone who shares the name. Now priceless could be 200m or 2b depending on who the individual is in question. The pc of 250m isn't far off (probably more realistically 150m) the reality of what a name trader would pay with the intent to flip it to the right person for a sizable profit.

To address some of your points: I don't own the name; not sure why you think I do. In the case of appraisals on real life names it really only makes sense to discuss the value in terms of "severely specific situations". If we didn't everyone would be appraising every name that's not their own for dirt cheap. And you're right, it doesn't a genius to gauge what a rare name is/isn't but that's funny coming from someone who offered 2b for the rsn Seismic Wand. Nice baseless insult calling me a "'vading idiot" by the way. And not sure how the name Bonesack comes into play here but I don't think the name would hold any value except maybe besides to me. Also you'll make note that this section isn't called "Rare Name Sales" for a reason. We're not here to gauge whether a name is rare or not, but how much value it holds. The name Jasmin, although maybe not rare by definition, could hold value to the right person which is what I said.

Not a fair and accurate conclusion to come to, you're setting up the argument and conclusion to be that there's no middle ground to be had, you're either at horrendously overpriced or dirt cheap, neither of which are realistic conclusions to come to when actually appraising this name or any name for that matter.

The fact of the matter is it's not worth 1b in any situation unless you happen to be in the alternate dimension where a bidding war over a less desirable variant of a more commonly spelled name occurs.
