Selling a level 3 with a Scythe

I'm selling "shadowxmage" an account that was made to be pure mage. It has 26 mage, and is combat level 16. It has no other skills so it’s free to be any kind of pure you want. This account has NO black marks. And of course the recoveries have been un-set, and it has never been a member.

Yeah i made a mistake on the title , and it wont let me edit it. Its really 16. And for price i was looking for around 3mill. But i'm flexable.
