Have a Gambling issue? Links, tips, and help!

Yup Ive lost thousands.. realizing this pisses me off of how retarded I am.. I still do it every now and then, but I now know my limits.

What I did learn or well tried to absorb to my best. I've been playing Runescape for years and made tons but the thing is.. before I figured out that playing this game I LOVE is actually worth money? I loved this game for what it was. I kind of wish that I knew about gold having value and all. It was so much better at that times. But I did make a good amount. Overall, I wouldn't mind being at any state, just if I lose gp, It's gp, its not money to me anymore. and thats what I think gamblers need to understand for Runescape.

What pisses me off is I'm more of the double or nothing guy after losing for a long time a few weeks ago I finally got s big win which covered everything I lost then there was my favourite horse paying only 2.00$ so it was a sure win....
I went all in to double again and it came last and I was just like ...... The best horse came last wtf

Good read. I've had a gambling issue since I was around 16. Starting on poker stars. 23 now and it's still there lol.

 

I really had a bad staking problem back in 2009 after my first positive run. Got my bank to over 450m from 20m and to me that was a lot. Lost everything 48 hours later and spent 2 months buying miles to try and stake back to where I was at and couldn't. This is a real issue that usually can't be helped without reading up on it and learning about it.
