    Good Morning/Evening ,

    I lost access to my account "HanChulo"

    I have 2a on the account and I unfortunately deleted the app on my phone when I went to redownload the app , I wasn't getting the codes for my account.


    (Not sure if IP is the same as before recently switched ISP )

    Yes I saved the backup code on a piece of paper but I missplaced it , will keep trying to look for it but as of right now I don't have it. @Shin

    Did you save your 2FA back-up / recovery code? You should be able to use that to log in.
