Hi, I have had a program developed that I think could be very useful to numerous people. There are many ways in which this can be utilized.

There are many features I will go through in this post, here is the GUI:



Accepting new contacts and not accepting is optional, an introduction message can be sent that will be different to the default message, this will only be sent after accepting contact requests.

The option to alert when a request is accepted so it can easily be monitored, as well as being alerted when a response is sent.

If you have a gold shop and customers still add your skype to purchase gp instead of going to your site a message such as "Hi RS Crown is not here at the moment if you want to buy gold please go to rscrowngold.com" can be sent.

Also as we are all aware mass messages do not always get all customers, I know mine don't, this program can be used to ensure that all customers know your new skype if you change to a live: skype for example.

Multiple "catchphrases" can be created that can be responded to. For example you can set up an option menu:

Hi, RS Crown is not here at the moment, please respond with one of the following options and we can direct you to the correct place:
I want to buy 07
I want to buy rs3
I want to buy os-scape

You can then set up a response for each for example:
I want to buy 07 can be responded with please feel free to buy here: RSCROWNGOLD
I want to buy rs3 can have the response feel free to buy here:
RSCROWNGOLD

The ask if no response is found option if designed so you can create a huge database so most questions can be automatically responded to. If we take our example above there we have:
"I want to buy 07
I want to buy rs3
I want to buy os-scape"

If the customer says for example "anything at all other than what is said above" you can add in their message and create a response for them, this is optional, a default message can still be sent instead. custom or "smart responses" are also optional a default message can be sent to everyone if needed.

Optional and random waiting time, just a preference, maybe you don't want to look as robotic for some reason.

The send response only once option is there because if you do not have it selected and the customer sends a message 10 times it will respond 10 times if the customer said for example:

hi
I
want
to buy
07

you would get the default response back 5 times unless that option is selected.

Finally the blacklist feature is there so you can continue to talk to people without them getting an automatic response.

Layered responses mean responses are sent one after each-other for example:

cutomer: hi
bot: set response 1
customer: anything ej32u9
bot: set response 2
cutomer: r9ej9wjroewurp9u9
bot: set response 3

Please be aware, unfortunately the only downside to this program is the latest version of skype has prevented api support meaning it will not run on the latest version, I will supply the version you need and it will work perfectly, thanks.
