I wouldn't personally buy the guide, as it's no way near guaranteed to work. And it's not even that RuneScape related. In my eyes it has the smallest chance of working. Maybe someone could, but I doubt it. When I first heard about it I literally laughed as I thought to myself how could that actually make 1M, let alone 50M.

 

I'm very interested in buying just to know the actual guide is then, let alone using it.
