I'm not familiar with the tithe minigame itself but I can get your account to 100% hosidius favor within 2-3 hours if you supply the 1900 saltpetre and I would only charge 3m. Not sure who here on sythe does tithe farming minigame but I do zeah favor very quickly and at a reasonable price.
