T3f4l scammed me for 200M osrs.

This guy called T3f4l scammed me for 200M. I wanted to buy an account. He messaged me on the forums as you can see here: Gyazo - c56628d78259960c786bcdee6f0c251d.png.

He links me this crazy account where I make an offer for. he links me his trusted vouch page and everything. he has donator emblems and stuff, its the first time I'm really buying something here and I dont know what to check and stuff. So I trusted him. I gave him 160M which we agreed upon first. Then he asks for 40M more cause he thinks its worth 200M all of a sudden. I agree and pay it. As soon as the 200M is payed he logs and never talks to me again. I'm gutted and I will most definately stop runescape now. I just want this guy to get banned from all directions.

if you need more screens or anything else, I got enough proof. And I still got all the logs and messages. I have the first part of the conversation to where we try to make a deal. And this was the voucher page he linked to me. Successful trades
