80 or 90 Defence.

Range/mage. They can barrage, run and range. Even though meelee can barrage they cant attack from a distance.

 

personally i think it would be who has more skill in a fight. either of them could have the best stats but be rubbish at pking. if they were both very good at pking id go for the melee pure just because of the dds specs for the k0

 

range / mage would win, because they can far cast and strike also the pwn with vengance

 

The melee would win.

Theoretically, the ranger could barrage and range him
(farcasting.)

But, this never seems to work, because the melee usually
wriggles loose, then entangles the ranger, and does so much damage so quickly.

If we don't factor in the Ancients yet,including only Lunar Magic,its gonna boil down to skill and koing power.When it comes down to the crunch,I think dharoks will stand a higher chance vs Dbows.Nevertheless Dbows specs are really powerful,with veng,both have an equal koing chance.

Range would win cauz he will distance all the time so the melee cant attack him with melee attacks. + he has higher def.

actually, what attack level has the melee one?
well if he has like 85 he would win, because he could also get 99range, he would be the same combat level, only higher hitpoints, so he would only have like 10 or 20def levels lower, but 99str and 85atk, which means he can dds him.
If they need to be same cb lvl, well the atk level would be like 60, that wouldnt hit through 80-90 def very well. still i prefer melee, but you should make the question more detailed to get a better answer.

Tank shoots couple d blots and vengeance, death is sure.

 

If we are gonna make the assumption that the range maxes then lets have the melee spec a 41 41 with vengeance and see who drops first
