Selling Lvl 77 Starter Range Tank|83 Def|78 Ranged~

So i decided to sell my range tank project because its been months since i logged on it and i simply dont have time to finish this.
It has nice starting stats for a range tank - I planned to get it 99 def and range, but stopped.
