10m via Paypal [ $3.50 USD per Mil ]

I am interested in buying 10m cash via paypal. I will go first, but I will buy only from a trusted seller, or someone with many vouches. I will look into the creditability of your vouches, and please know that I do not wish to be scammed just as much as you do not.

Here's how it goes:

+ We strike up a deal about payment. [ Where, When, etc. ]
+ We meet in game to verify you have the money.
+ If you would like to have a MM, it will be an Official MM, not one of my or your choosing without Ofifcial status.
+ I will go first on good faith, and after you have received the money, we will meet to trade.
+ You trade the money, and if all goes well, you've earned yourself a nice vouch.
