when i log on rs on same world, it says i cant login because of the same ips.

You could always get someone else to transfer the items for you.

But go to Runescape home page on two different browsers/tabs then go to detail mode, scroll down and click unsigned on one and signed on the other. Then choose same world and voila.

 

Why don't you drop trade? You just need a place where are no other players...

when i choosed signed, it says it found a error cache or something.

 

Open 2 internet explorer or mozilla firefox tabs go in same world in both tabs(lets say world 70).
with one tab go to different world( lets say world 20) login and logout then back to 70 world with one tab press login into ur account.. it will say u only left world and it will say seconds, when ur nearly second 1 left, use other tab to login with other account without seconds and ur both logged in

Alright, calm down lol.
You cannot log into the SAME world from the same computer, at the same time.
But what you can do is get on one account that has the items, drop them in a secure and deserted place where no one is around.
Take the other account that you want the stuff on, and wait about 30-60 secs for the items.
And the items should pop up and you can pick them up.
But, you have to drop the items and hurry and log onto the other account, before the items appear then dissappear, because if you wait to long the
items WILL dissappear, then you'll be in a pickle!
And this process is call "drop-trading" by the way!
