@Yankiee since when can you not request a second opinion from Upper Staff? When did this common ability and right change? You are a section, you are all new, sectionals commonly blow decisions. Thanks for your input though.

I'd like a second admin @Shin @Astro @n4n0 to review this as well because Service RS repeatedly said "I am talking to you" "you are talking to me" etc. In his defense he did put his skype in the subject of one of the pm's but as I've said in numerous reports for well over a year now, there's no reason for people to be sending such low-effort confirmation pm's. You literally just have to write "Hey, is XXX your skype? Mine is YYY" and that's it. I have no idea why Service RS kept confirming he was talking to the victim when he wasn't.

Anyway ya another admin who sees this pls chime in cuz I'm on the fence here

 

After much deliberation I've decided that since we historically have only required full refunds in the absolute most egregious of circumstances, it would be unfair to demand one here. In almost all such situations like this we just give a warning and he's certainly learned his lesson. Also he did put his correct skype in the subject line
