Dice debt/Lying. Requesting TWC

I quoted both, won the first one and now refuses to roll against the second.

Now via PM is lying, stating that his roll was against my higher roll. When you click the quote you can clearly see that he quoted my first roll...Clearly this is just so that he has a higher chance of coming out even by winning the 2nd vs a 23.



TWC him and ban him until he agrees to roll and the debt is paid.

 

He has rolled now and the debt is at zero. However, still requesting a TWC for failure to conduct this in a timely manner per the Dice Thread rules, and lying about his rolls.
