    :eek: Hello, sythers. 1 week ago i decided to lose weight. My friend nick lost over 70 pounds in the summer.That motivated me alot to lose weight:), But im kinda impatient lol, i just want to see the results fast.I cant wait till October to see my self with almost no stomach lol..I am currently 5'7 and i weigh 160 pounds:eek: I need to weigh 130 please guys motivate me to keep on my diet and excercising. For breakfast, i eat mini wheats cereal, in school i eat an apple and two bottles of water:rolleyes: , when i get home from school i eat tuna with heaps of salad and for dinner i eat a piece of steak with salad on the side and water. Please guys help me i want to be skinny again!!:cool:

    Stop playing Runescape and instead exersice. Make sure you switch up your routine to see results faster. Also try a sport as being in a team can keep you motivated.

    Also could you post pictures of yourself so we can get a before after?

    And I would also not to overdo it. Your only supposed to lose a max of 2 pounds of weight per week. In addition in the first 2 weeks you will gain weight if you exersice but that is just muscle. Check your body fat percentage not your weight.

    Instead of eating when your suppose to, why dont you only eat when your actually hungry?

    Example:

    Mc Donalds

    1 mcchiken, fills you up makes you last a good while

    2 mcchikens, satisfied, but you just consumed more then you needed.

    Another good method of not being as hungry as you were before is to consume watery food.

    such as grapes, which are small indeed but the juices actually make you feel as you were full.

    Start running. Just find something that's like 2-3miles and jog at a steady pace.

    Also i go to the gym everyday walk on threadmill for 30 mins, step walker for 10 mins, weights,etc

    working out everyday is not healthy for you. running and such is but since your like not like a pro fitness trainer try and waiting a day or two before big workouts. let your body rest.

    70 POUNDS? In the summer, alone? Wow. O.O

    Your diet seems to be bulletproof, have you been doing some excercise? Not only do you have to eat right, you gotta excercise.

    EDIT: I see that you go to the gym everyday. Maybe switch up the routine, do some different exercises? etc?

    And if you want some motivation. Ask yourself this.. "Do I want to lose some weight, or do I feel great like how I am now?" Of course you want to lose weight, so get cracking! .. lol.

    Diet alone won't help everyone, your gonna have to sweat for at least 30 mins a day. You might wana take up a sport or ride a bike or run or jog or something

    play sport eat healthy an stuff but if ur at skool play sport in lunchbreaks (i live in aus so yea my skools might be alot diff but oh well)

    Well, to start off you should only be working out 4-5 days of the week. I take a break once a week on W. (because no one really likes that praticullar say and its in the middle of the week). As for your diet it's perfect for fast and healthy weight loss. It also promotes muscle growth (Though during school I would bring a protein shake or a cup of granola to keep you from being ravenous when you get home). As for the steak it's one of the best things you can have (because of its lean meat to fat ratio). Here's some alternative things I like to eat as well:

    -Baked Chicken
    -Fresh Fish (some pasta w/o sause and some lemon juice over it= my favorite meal)
    -Granola
    -Yogurt
    -Eggs (great source of protein also try to keep it at a 3:1 ratio with the white to yolks = 2 egg whites and one whole egg)

    Here's some other things I do:

    Always eat in moderation proportion your meals out.
    Have a splurge day (many diets where you just diet diet diet constantly make you uneasy) Set aside a day where you can eat what you want (don't overdo it on the McDonalds though).

    Other than losing weight healthy food just makes you feel better period. My fiance' complains about being achy (she's no where near fat though I want to clarify this right now). SHe drinks nothing but mountain dew and microwaveable foods (not good for you they have alot of sodium)

    Eating is not just it.

    30 minutes hard exercise per day is a minimum.

    Try running (jogging/walking if you have to) every second morning (Burns fat). The ever other day go swimming for 45 minutes - 1.5 Hours (Core strength).

    You don't need to loose weight, you should love your body how it is, but if you really too... i can't stop you, just exercise, take a job/walk around blocks everyday, eat heathly and you'll be just fine.
