I went to do trade with Jevon for an account. We agreed upon 25m 07 gold in game. I went first because he had linked me a list of all his vouches and I thought that he was trustworthy. I guess not. Once i gave him the gold he logged off and never responded to me on Skype ever again.

I'm afraid you were scammed by an imposter. If you look closely to the skype username its "jevonrsbuyer" not "jevonrsbuyer.".
