well, i just need a few people to help me out on this.

if you are accepting items/accounts/anything that you are aware has been scammed / stolen, are you in any way at fault?

please post sensible comments as this is important..

Yes, you can't consider that scamming (because you don't scam...), but morally it is extremely wrong and when the scammer gets caught, the punishment should apply to second person too...

    That's my personal idea...

You shouldn't have to ask where your integrity should stand. -.- It's certainly wrong, but technically not against the rules. (Unless you're in some way encouraging or helping the scammer obtain the items, in which case you could be construed as a co-conspirator.)

hmm.. well thanks for the comments guys..

(btw this isnt about me, just some Mr. X on these forums)

sin, i agree, but my main question is, does it go by any specific rules on these forums?

also, no. this specific case had a person scam somebody's account and offer it for free, to a person (who was aware it was scammed) inturn asking the scammer for it, and being aware it was scammed, didnt care less

Oh no, I went onto an account that resident told everyone about, i didn't even do anything on it, and i actually told people (ask konvict or resident) that the kid should get it back, and not to steal it, i did nothing to the account, and i hopped right off of it. i do NOT scam, nor condone it, but it's resident, wtf do you expect us to do about him?

BTW for those of you who haven't noticed, i'm Mr.X and Simeon here has a hatred for me, and does shit like this all the time.

Apparently i'm in the wrong for kbing him as well for framing me...

oh look, proof towards the matter, yet none to disprove it.

just so you all know, i do regret going on the account, for the minute or so i did, but i did try and consolidate it by telling resident to give it back.
