Is it still safe to bot a main?

Got perm banned a year ago and quit until recently. Just spent $300 on a new account and I want to start botting on it. How are ban rates now and is it even worth it to bot?

Why would you even bother risking it? $300 wouldn't be fun to lose.

 

It's like a 97% chance your getting banned if you do.

 

i think its pretty pointless as the risk of getting caught is too high.

 

banrates are definitely lower when botting accounts that are legit trained for some time.

Yeah you can bot it, but make sure you wont kill yourself when your account gets banned. Since you are never safe when botting.

 

i am botting at the ghouls in mortanyia. And I only plan on botting until i receive a 2 day ban. then i am going to stop. Because why not bot until you get 2 day ban right?

 

And if i use a proxy should i never login to my account on my actual IP?

 

I botted until a 2 day ban slaying rock crabs.. sad to say I didn't get the 2 day ban. I got the perm ban hammer.

They do give 2 day bans but that is only to really old accounts and stuff rest it's usually a perm ban

 

most likely to get a perm ban if the accounts are new, doesn't mean mains are safe to bot on and plus losing 300$ doesn't sound fun

 

Jagex is pretty strict nowadays compared to a few years back, 9/10 bans are perms no matter your account age/skills. So yeah nah, I'd stick with playing legit on the accounts that you care for.
