hey im muted on my pure and hes down to 9.0/10.0 black marks...
my idiot friend made apologies instead of appealing them so i need to know if theres anyway of getting un-muted another way...and how to do so..thanks

P.S. Refer to the "Ban Appeals - Get Your Ban Appeals Here" thread (sticky). It has a chance to appeal on what offence you did. Also, instead of making a thread on your situation, post it on the "Everything about bans and ban appeals here." topic (sticky).

 

Dude, DON'T use them freaking Ban Appeals.

Sorry Tree_Coo but that is really STUPID! They have been used many times and are really old so they'll NEVER EVER be accepted.

JaGeX would have a bot that automatically denies anything the same or similar to them ban appeals.

Anyways, I dunno what you could do. Maybe get your account locked, recover it and send 'em a message in customer support telling them that someone else had access to your account.

Might not work but that's all I can think of.

Jagex is so bs now, all they do is auto decline anyone whom they think has broken any rules. on my pure i got perm mute for saying check tip.it lol for a quest guide. just keep sending in messge to them and they might unmute but i highly doubt it.

I don't think customer support has the power to un-mute you...

 

Consider yourself lucky your not perm banned like my main, i'd give anything for only a perm mute.

 

I wish Jagex were like Blizzard. On WOW you report someone and in 30 seconds a gm appears.
